July 12, 2017: recovery miles

Seems that there is a bit of a pattern developing in the old training plan. Burn the legs… spin them the next day… burn the legs… you see the pattern. Today was looking at the various fire closures of roads and they are starting to open. Reddington Pass road seems to be open and it is sounding like Mt Lemon will be open soon.

Tomorrow is a hard sharp effort day, I think I found the place for the 2 min efforts.
